Pre and Post closing responsibilities and qualifications included but not limited to:
· Provide administrative support to key office personnel and enhance office effectiveness, including filing and office organization
· Read, understand, and follow lender closing instructions.
· Familiar with title work, real estate and closer terminology and lingo.
· Produce information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics.
· Handle client phone calls prior to the closing.
· Ability to juggle multiple activities and to work under pressure
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Attention to detail, ability to manage time, organization skills to effectively prioritize multiple tasks and achieve production focused goals.
· Excellent interpersonal skill, manners and techniques including ability to share positive and negative results.
· Computer literacy, including operation of typical office equipment
· HS diploma required; Bachelors degree preferred
· Experience within the real estate industry strongly desired
