POSITION
The IT Sr. Project Manager role drives the development and execution of IT projects within our portfolio. This position will drive all aspects of IT program activities, including collaborating and coordinating across all IT and business segments (end-to-end). This position is responsible for the overall success of the project/program execution.

RESPONSIBILITIES
•Responsible for IT program and project management of an initiative to improve the IT tools and technology supporting client's global Channel business. This person will be responsible for the program’s scope, schedule, budget, resource, risks & issue management, quality controls and cross functional status reporting.
•Manages complex multi-faceted / interrelated projects that span across multiple competencies or department boundaries
•Manage the cross project/program dependencies and ensure alignment on all fronts (scope, resources, budget, timeline, risks/issues, communication, etc)
•Communicates and works with stakeholders to meet their needs and address the issues as they occur
•Negotiates deadlines and drives the development and execution of program & project plans to meet objectives
•Facilitate setting the overall strategy, objectives, structure and plan for the program with key program leaders
•Facilitates and manages changes to scope, resource planning, cost estimation, risks, issues, and cost control.
•Plays both program/project manager role
•Provide Agile coach leadership, training and manage community of practice for programs executing in Agile methodology
•Align, track and report overall program / project cost to portfolio
•Abides by project management methodologies and assists in keeping the methodologies current
•Ensures all project resources are properly identified and their project roles and responsibilities are clearly defined
•Identifies project risks and implements a risk management plan to mitigate project risks
•Assists with major business process project tracking, makes recommendations for process improvements, and use of best practices to accelerate adoption and implementation
•Creates and maintains dashboards and reports to track project performance
•Keeps team and leadership updated on project status and risk factors
•Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables
•Provide technical and process guidance to project team
•Performs other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS
•BS in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting or related field. Master’s preferred
•10+ years of program / project management and implementation experience with Salesforce and delivery of technology to the Sales and Channel functional areas.
•6+ years of experience as Agile coach or leading Agile transformation program
•Strong functional and technical knowledge / understanding of Channel, Sales and Marketing applications.
•Strong knowledge of IT program / project management process, principles, and techniques
•Proven ability to collaborate and lead global cross-functional business and IT teams for requirements, design, development, testing and deployment of IT solutions
•Good understanding of project accounting principles, financial management, budgeting, forecasting, procurement, and contract management.
•Ability to develop, maintain, control and drive budgeting process
•Candidate must have excellent leadership, facilitation, team building, collaboration, and communication skills
•Ability to collaborate effectively with proven interpersonal skills
•Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Must have strong organization skills and experience with multiple change management processes
•Strong experience or expertise in SDLC, Agile, Scrum, SAFe and waterfall methodologies along with DevOps, CMMI, Digital Six Sigma and ITIL practices. Ability to coach / mentor junior PMs and Scrum Masters
•Ability to create and maintain project/program dashboards and reports for providing the overall project/program status
•Advanced skills in PC based documentation tools including, MS Office, MS Project and MS Sharepoint
•Experience in leading large, global, cross-functional teams
•PMP/Scrum Master certification preferred
