Lincolnshire, IL (remote to start; onsite after COVID restrictions are lifted)
Scope of work:
-Audience-engagement team; digital marketing; audience = reseller channels.
-Marketing with and to partners, as much as gaining repeat customers.
-Data driven thinking.
-Engage with the end customer once they’ve bought the product.
-Market leaders; customer marketing function. Thinking about gaining additional revenue from existing business.
-Low hanging fruit to tackle strategy. Have partners think about “loyalty program” to customer's to keep people engaged.
-4-6 months to get projects off the ground.
Day to day;
Meetings w/ team; strategy team in IL & Operations team based in the UK.
Building out first-use case; plan to deliver this.
Building out loyalty program framework.
Will be assisted by team lead in navigating the organization to find the right people to talk to.
No real in person meetings.
-Project management experience is a must; there is a PMO organization to support this individual.
-Someone who has set up customer loyalty, or has been apart of customer loyalty and understands brand loyalty.
-Great at marketing and engaging a variety of stakeholders.
-Strong digital marketing competence.
-Understands why data is the most important; customized marketing strategy.
-Program set up from initiation through implementation.
-Sense of humor.
-Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
Not looking for specific education, but rather experience.
Microsoft Suite & PowerBI – report builder, Powerpoint, Microsoft Azure.
This person might bring some apps knowledge that can help with customer engagement.
Smartsheet, or other project planning tools.
How many years of experience – minimum 2 years in a similar environment.
