Order Management Specialist

This position is responsible for working with our authorized partners and channel operations team validating order details free of errors, in a timely and efficient manner. 

Roles & Responsibilities: 

• Processing customer purchase orders 
• Validate pricing and sales details 
• Communicate with channel operations specialists 
• Consolidates data and reports 
• Assists in maintaining data in numerous systems 
• Miscellaneous activities, as assigned by manager 


• 1-3 years of relevant work experience working in related areas. 
• Attention to detail and committed to managing problems through resolution. 
• Strong time management skills with ability to multi-task 
• Good communication skills 
• Must work well in a fast-paced environment 
• MS Office experience (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc) 
• Experience with ERP systems preferred
