- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates
- Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Junior Recruiter.
- Knowledge of recruitment software and database systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced interpersonal skills.
- Critical thinking skills.
- Ability to conduct interviews over the phone and via live chat.
- Excellent decision-making skills.
- Good organizational skills.
