IT Help Desk

 

Our company is currently hiring for an open IT Help Desk position.  This role would be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software.  The proper candidate for this position needs to have excellent problem solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. 

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues.
  • Maintain daily performance of computer systems.
  • Ask questions to determine nature of the problem.
  • Respond to messages for customer seeking assistance.
  • Walk customer through problem-solving process.
  • Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
  • Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not necessary.
  • Minimum of 2 years on the job experience is required.
  • PC experience.
  • Some level of networking/server exposure is expected.

Full time position

$35,000 - $45,000 yearly, based on education and experience
