Customer Support Representative

Description:

Work Schedule: Candidate will be working 3 days a week, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays- 8:30am-5:00pm. 

Manager Notes: MUST BE BILINGUAL Spanish (**both written and oral**) and if this candidate also speaks Portuguese that is a plus. The candidate will mostly be answering emails with basic questions, basic data entry and not very many calls. 

Works under close supervision to answer routine questions regarding company programs and services. 
Responds to customers by following standard scripts and procedures. Answers initial customer calls and answers routine questions. 
Responds to customer concerns by following standard scripts and procedures. 
Directs callers to appropriate resources and personnel Solves simple customer problems. 
Escalates complex questions to more senior representatives. 
Documents partner concerns and escalates concerns to appropriate channels in a timely manner. 

Job Requirements: 
- High school diploma or equivalent vocational qualification. 
- Minimum of 1- 2 years of related experience. 
- Proficient in Spanish, written and oral, Portuguese a plus. 
- Demonstrates strong customer service and communication skills 
-Part time, 3 days a week.
